Developing Haven Holidays first integrated, multi-site Management System for 27 high-intensity pools, Leading the turnaround at Carn-Brea Leisure Centre, Managing a multi, multi-award winning holiday park, co-authoring the RLSS UK NWSMP and creating the RLSS UK/CIEH Beach Risk Assessment Programme.

I offer a diligent, innovative and high-quality personal service focussed on your needs. I can deliver `standard’ off the peg training courses or work with you to develop unique solutions to operational or training challenges.
